Personal Details

Please note, delegate places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Completion and submission of this form does not therefore guarantee a place at the conference. Thames Management Services will confirm all reservations. Accommodation Options

Overnight accommodation will be allocated between three hotels on a first come first served basis. This year we are using the Brighton Hilton Metropole, De Vere Grand Hotel which is situated next door and the Holiday Inn as an additional overflow hotel.

Payment Policy

Payments cannot be made until you have received an invoice. This includes payment by procurement card. Payment can be made by cheque, payable order, procurement card or BACS. You will be invoiced by East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust from 22nd October 2008.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation must be received in writing by 29th October. Cancellations received up to 2 weeks before the event will receive a full refund less an administration charge of £100. Refunds cannot be made after this date. Where a substitute cannot be found the full delegate fee will be charged. Terms will be strictly by return.
